Yahoo! announced the availability of the new and improved Yahoo! Calendar. The new features of the new Yahoo! Calendar beta enables people to keep track of their schedules, stay organized and be more productive. For newbies, it can found within one’s Yahoo! Mail account.

The most significant aspect of Yahoo Calendar’s is the new UI. It is a hybrid between month and single-day views. Other important features will be the integration of Yahoo’s various other properties, starting with Flickr.

The Yahoo Calendar beta is also interoperable with other online calendar services so users can share their calendar data with friends who use other online calendaring services and subscribe to any iCal-based public calendar.

The Yahoo! Calendar beta is now available in five countries—the US, Brazil, India, Taiwan, and the UK.
